Area

We are in Tuscany, in Maremma, in a hilly area overlooking the sea, not far from Bolgheri.
A place appreciated all over the world for its wines, the climate, the beauty of the gentle hills adorned by centuries-old olive groves and able to produce an extra virgin oil worthy of note.
The Bottaccio farm is made up of 30 hectares of olive groves, partly secular, distributed between the area of Venturina Terme and Monterotondo Marittimo with an altitude variation from 50 to 100 meters above sea level.
It is in this specific geographical area that, thanks to the climatic characteristics, the type of soil, the influence of the winds and the presence of thermal waters flowing underground, we obtain those precious and tasty fruits from which our oil is obtained.
