Homemade tuna in oil
Ingredients:
600 g tuna
60 ml vinegar
600 ml water
125 g flour 00
2 cloves of garlic
2 leaves of bay
Procedures:
Clean the tuna. Boil water with vinegar, bay leaf, onion and unpeeled garlic. Add the tuna and cover for 30 minutes on low heat. Put the tuna in the jars and cover with plenty of extra virgin olive oil
