Bruschetta with Nocellara and Leccino Olive Cream in Tuscan Extra Virgin Oil

Today we propose a simple and tasty recipe, perfect as an appetizer or snack: Bruschetta with olive cream. This dish, typical of the Tuscan tradition, enhances the authentic taste of our Nocellara and Leccino Olive Creams in Tuscan Extra Virgin Oil, combining the crunchiness of toasted bread with the creaminess of the olives. Ready in a few minutes, these croutons are ideal for a delicious aperitif or to accompany a light lunch.
Ingredients:
- 150 g of Nocellara olive cream in extra virgin oil
- 150 g of Leccino olive cream in extra virgin oil
- pinch of salt
- 1 clove of garlic, peeled
- Chopped fresh parsley
- Bread (preferably homemade)
Preparation time: 15 minutes

Procedure:
- Toasting the bread:
- Start by cutting slices of bread (preferably homemade or Tuscan).
- Place the slices on a baking sheet and bake at 200 °C for a few minutes, until they are golden brown and crisp.
- Preparation of the croutons:
- Once the bread is baked, rub each slice with a peeled clove of garlic so that it absorbs the aroma of the garlic without being too invasive.
- Spread the creams:
- Spread a layer of Nocellara olive cream or Leccino olive cream on each slice of toasted bread (depending on your taste or even mixing them to vary the flavors).
- Finishing and Laying:
- Add a pinch of salt and a sprinkling of freshly chopped parsley for a touch of freshness.
- Serve the bruschetta still warm, perfect to enjoy immediately or to accompany with a glass of wine.
Tip:
If you want to give a more delicious touch to your croutons, you can also add a sprinkling of black pepper or some parmesan flakes for a contrast of flavors. The olive creams Nocellara and Leccino in Tuscan Extra Virgin Oil are already very tasty, so it is not necessary to overdo with salt.
