Dried tomatoes in extra virgin oil
Ingredients:
Long tomatoes, type san marzano
Extra virgin olive oil Toscano IGP
Garlic
Rosemary
Salt
Sugar
Procedures:
Wash and cut the tomatoes in half lengthwise. Place them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and sprinkle with a little salt, sugar and a dash of Tuscan extra virgin olive oil IGP. Leave them in the oven at 120 degrees for 8-10 hours
Once dry remove from the oven and let them cool.
Put the dried tomatoes in a pot, arrange them in layers with garlic and rosemary, add some extra virgin olive oil and press them. Continue with the layers and finally cover them completely with extra virgin oil, taking care to leave 1 centimeter of space from the edge of the jar
