Extra virgin olive oil flavored with lemon

Ingredients:

Lemon
Extra virgin olive oil

Procedures:

Cut a lemon into slices, leaving the peel, and arrange it in a dish sprinkling with salt. After a quarter of an hour put in a jar the lemon slices with the juice that has formed and cover them with extra virgin olive oil. Leave to stand for three weeks, filter and bottle. Great as a ready-to-use salad dressing.
