Appearance: Green with light reflections

Aroma: Medium fruity, with notes of green olives and medicinal herbs

On the palate: Light bitter, balanced with a herbaceous hint of artichoke

Pairings: Traditional Tuscan dishes such as tomato soup, panzanella, seasoned pappardelle, tomato gnudi, stockfish alla riese.
