La Ribollita and the Pappa al pomodoro, typical dishes of the Tuscan tradition, are accompanied by a selection of classic sauces exclusively prepared with Tuscan tomato. Among them, the Puttanesca sauce with denocciolated Leccino olives and capers, the Arrabbiata sauce and the classic Tuscan tomato sauce offer a unique taste experience. We also created several delicious pesto variations, with our Basil Pesto in the foreground. The latter is made following the original recipe of the Ligurian pesto, using Grana Padano DOP, pine nuts, extra virgin olive oil and, of course, basil.
